credit card information, using Pay Pal to pay for your order, etc. please review
the following tips to help resolve the difficulty:

- Make sure your web browser is set to accept all cookies
(sometimes this means setting your web brower's security features to
their lowest setting or off altogether).

Make sure your web browser is set to have Java and Javascript ON.

If you are accessing our web site from behind a corporate
(business or organization) firewall, or from behind your own
personal firewall if may be
preventing proper use. Try placing your order from a non-firewall
computer.
- If you are using a personal firewall system (such as Zone Alarm)
turn it off. Also, if your operating system is set to use it's own
firewall, deactivate it (for example, Windows XP includes an
automatic firewall unless you turn it off).
- If you are using ad-blocking software (ie. software designed to
stop pop-up ads) turn it off.
- If you are using spyware-blocking software turn it off
(ArtsNFlies.com does not use spyware! However the settings of
spyware blocking software can interfere with our shopping cart).

If you are paying by credit card our secure payment server using
128-bit SSL encryption (both Verisign and Thawte). Some older web
browsers and international versions of web browsers may not be
compatible with 128-bit encryption.

If you are paying with Pay Pal sometimes the connection Pay Pal
provides is unavailable (the connection from our shopping cart to
Pay Pal is not under our control). You can get around this by
placing your order as Check/Money Order payment and then manually
send us your payment via Pay Pal (i.e. place your order as
Check/Money Order then sign on to your own Pay Pal account and send
us the total amount of the order). Send your Pay Pal payment
